Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development/Community Educator to join our team at Friendly Nurses Home Health Care, Inc. in Bakersfield, California.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying local influence centers, building and maintaining a database of potential referrers, conducting training sessions, and personally visiting organizations to arrange meetings with persons responsible for or in a position to refer clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and establish relationships with local healthcare providers and community organizations
  • Develop and implement effective training programs for professionals and families on senior care and rehabilitation
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-up activities using a CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal staff to discuss opportunities, referrals, and activity

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Healthcare management experience
  • Proven experience in business development or sales
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in customer relationship management software

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
