About the Role

Ridgeline is seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead for Identity Services to join our Users & Entitlements team. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for individuals passionate about securing digital platforms through robust authentication and entitlements.

As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining authentication and entitlement services that empower and secure our platform. You'll work closely with security, product engineering, and other teams to ensure seamless integration and uphold our Security First culture.

This role requires strong technical expertise in user authentication and authorization, performance, scalability, and security. Experience with Auth0 and Single Sign On Identity Providers is essential.

You will handle on-call rotations for production support of the authentication and authorization services and actively contribute and review other teammates' code. You will also design, build, and test solutions that integrate with Auth0 and Single Sign On Identity Providers to handle authentication.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a history of architecting and designing new products and technologies. A deep understanding of object-oriented programming, relational databases, and cloud-based infrastructure services is required.

We offer a competitive salary range of $165,000 to $200,000 based on experience and location. In addition to the base salary, all Ridgeline employees can participate in our Company Stock Plan subject to the applicable Stock Option Agreement.
