Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Water Damage Restoration Technician to join our team at All Dry Services of Atlanta. As a key member of our restoration team, you will be responsible for managing and performing all assigned jobs from start to completion, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring timely completion of projects.Key Responsibilities
  • Provide All Dry level of customer service, including explaining job scope, timelines, and expectations
  • Manage and perform all assigned jobs, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
  • Approve weekly timecards and ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Field customer calls and respond to on-call emergencies
  • Perform water or mold remediation based on assigned job requirements
  • Conduct basic light demolition and clean-up as needed
  • Ensure all job paperwork is completed on time in our software
  • Pass background and DMV checks
Requirements
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Basic math skills and ability to learn calculations
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
