Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Restoration and Mitigation Technician to join our team of dedicated professionals at Big Bear Restoration. As a key member of our team, you will provide emergency services to residential and commercial properties, helping people in their time of need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide emergency services to residential and commercial properties, including content restoration and property cleaning.
  • Execute tasks such as packing belongings, cleaning on-site, and performing HVAC cleaning and deodorization.
  • Operate a variety of equipment and tools to get the job done right.
  • Follow all safety regulations and use protective gear to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-4 years of experience in construction, particularly in water/fire damage restoration.
  • Valid certifications: environmental physical, OSHA 40 hr. HAZWOPER, current State Driver's License, and forklift operator certification.
  • The physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in various challenging conditions.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills.
