Key Responsibilities- Provide emergency services to residential and commercial properties, including content restoration and property cleaning.
- Execute tasks such as packing belongings, cleaning on-site, and performing HVAC cleaning and deodorization.
- Operate a variety of equipment and tools to get the job done right.
- Follow all safety regulations and use protective gear to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- 2-4 years of experience in construction, particularly in water/fire damage restoration.
- Valid certifications: environmental physical, OSHA 40 hr. HAZWOPER, current State Driver's License, and forklift operator certification.
- The physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in various challenging conditions.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills.
