About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our restoration projects from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding our projects from design to completion, ensuring we deliver top-quality restoration work that exceeds client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead with Purpose: Guide our projects from design to completion, ensuring we deliver top-quality restoration work that exceeds client expectations.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Foster trust and open communication with clients, team members, and subcontractors.
  • Drive Financial Success: Take ownership of project financials, from budgeting to collections, ensuring our work is both impactful and sustainable.
  • Collaborate and Inspire: Work closely with estimators and other team members, helping them grow both professionally and personally.
  • Innovate and Improve: Continuously seek ways to enhance our processes, safety standards, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • A passion for helping others and making a positive impact in your community
  • 5+ years of experience in the restoration industry, with at least 3 years in project management or estimation
  • IICRC certification and proficiency in Xactimate software
  • A high school diploma or equivalent (further education is a plus)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects with grace
