Our expertise spans from initial planning stages to final commissioning, encompassing detailed design, construction, and operational phases. We have successfully executed some of the most prestigious marine terminal projects worldwide, including container, oil and gas, dry bulk, cruise, and ferry terminals, as well as shipyard and naval facilities.

Your Role
We are currently seeking a Maritime Structural Project Manager to join our Northeast Region PMT team. In this role, you will collaborate with a diverse group of planners, engineers, and technologists on various projects for both public and private sector clients, including marine terminal operators and port authorities. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee marine structures and port-related projects of varying complexities.
  • Develop and execute project work plans while managing the project team effectively.
  • Engage in design development through analysis, modeling, and documentation.
  • Lead project coordination meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in client requirement discussions, value analysis, and cost estimation.
  • Prepare and coordinate project specifications alongside construction documents.
  • Conduct quality assurance and quality control on projects.
  • Manage project scopes, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely delivery.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals for port development initiatives.
  • Supervise multiple projects concurrently.

Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of structural design codes and standards relevant to port and marine terminals.
  • Strong understanding of project document production and the interplay between drawings and specifications.
  • Expertise in waterfront structural systems and construction methods.
  • Proficient in leading teams through all phases of project documentation.
  • Experience with structural modeling software such as STAAD or equivalent.
  • Ability to review the work of peers for accuracy and completeness.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and project teams.
  • Strong project management capabilities, including budget and schedule oversight.

Education and Experience
A Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering and a Licensed Professional Engineer designation are required. Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a project management capacity.
