Job Summary

The Front Desk Supervisor is a key member of our hotel team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth guest experience. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly, courteous, and efficient service to all guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Supervise and coordinate the front desk team, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently, and that the front desk area is maintained in a clean and organized manner.
  • Guest Relations: Build strong relationships with guests, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing personalized service to ensure their stay is enjoyable and memorable.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the front desk team, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service and meet the needs of our guests.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve any issues that may arise, using effective communication and problem-solving skills to ensure that guests are satisfied and that the hotel's reputation is maintained.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is an asset.
  • Experience: At least 2-3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field, with a strong background in customer service and front desk operations.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
