Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly motivated Associate Account Executive to join our sales team. This role will involve developing and implementing strategic plans to increase market share through targeted commercial and government physician practices, hospitals, and related entities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to sales growth of existing accounts in assigned territory with moderate supervision, leveraging strong analytical skills and technical analysis to drive results.
  • Maintain high customer and patient satisfaction through dedicated service and attention, ensuring seamless interactions and resolving reimbursement issues efficiently.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop sales plans to penetrate physician practices, hospitals, and related entities, utilizing expertise in Microsoft Office suite and presentation skills.
  • Assist in selecting presentation content and conducting presentations to customers and prospects, effectively communicating the value of MiMedx's regenerative therapies.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required, with a strong foundation in business, sales, or a related field.
  • 0-3 years' experience in medical sales, device sales, or pharmaceutical sales, or strong B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of management, customers, and influence others to achieve desired results.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Travel and Work Environment:
