Site Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Supervisor to manage site operations at our Temporary Accommodation for Migrants (TAM) facility in Washington DC. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, healthy, and structured environment for eligible migrants.
Key Responsibilities- Manage site operations, including staff supervision and training
- Ensure compliance with District regulations and reporting requirements
- Coordinate with OMS staff to provide written progress reports and support leadership decision-making
- Identify and address training needs for staff
- Facilitate client all-hands meetings and uphold Office of Migrant Services standards of conduct
- Bilingual English and Spanish written and verbal skills
- Two years of humanitarian or migrant operations experience, including management of intake and/or shelter services
- Two years of direct management experience in temporary housing facility operations and reception services
- One year of direct service experience working with refugees, migrants, or other vulnerable populations
- Starting salary based on experience and location: $67,000 - $79,600
- 10 paid holidays
