Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of manufacturing employees to achieve production goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of manufacturing operations.
- Monitor and control production costs, inventory levels, and quality standards.
- Identify and address operational issues, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Requirements for this position include:
- 5-8 years' experience in a fast-paced high precision machining or industrial machining and assembly environment.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead teams effectively.
- Knowledge of CNC programming and tool operating processes.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably Epicor.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
