Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to customers in finding products to complete their projects.
  • Maintain a clean and well-stocked sales floor, ensuring a safe and efficient shopping experience for customers.
  • Work collaboratively with management and team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
  • Process customer transactions, handle returns and exchanges, and follow established cash, check, and credit card acceptance procedures.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including creating price tags and merchandise signs, and stocking and displaying merchandise.
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Knowledge of basic math skills.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
Working Conditions:
  • Occasional exposure to a warehouse environment and moving vehicles.
Physical/Sensory Requirements:
  • Ability to exert pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20-30 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 20 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
