Industrial Support Specialist

Fuss & O'Neill is seeking an experienced Industrial Support Specialist to join our team in Hartford, CT. As a key member of our manufacturing and safety team, you will provide shop-floor hands-on training, develop and integrate machine-specific maintenance and reliability procedures, assess machine safeguarding, conduct shop-floor maintenance training, and provide related services to a broad industrial and commercial client base.
Key Responsibilities- Work with clients to assess their equipment safeguarding and maintenance program needs
- Develop and integrate safeguarding solutions into existing machine controls and operations
- Perform facility and site surveys to identify areas for improvement
- Assess operations to support ongoing improvement programs
- College degree in mechanical, electromechanical, or industrial technology, or closely related field
- At least 3 years of work experience in a related field
- Ability to travel to client sites throughout southern New England
- Ability to effectively manage project timelines
- Valid driver's license
