About the Role

Ponte Winery is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Wine Club Specialist to join our team. As a Wine Club Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our wine club members, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and timely information to wine club members regarding shipments, wine releases, and other club-related matters.
  • Process wine club applications and change forms, ensuring accurate information is recorded.
  • Assist with daily shipping and fulfillments, including updating credit cards and membership information.
  • Participate in wine club meetings and events, providing excellent customer service and promoting the wine club.
  • Collaborate with the wine club team to achieve sales, service, and membership benchmarks.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a wine sales or hospitality field.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Knowledge of business communication and ability to use software applications such as Outlook, Excel, and Wine Direct.
