We are expanding our team and seeking dedicated Sales Advisors for our premier Audi Arlington dealership. In this role, you will represent one of our most esteemed high-end luxury dealerships located centrally in Arlington.   • Annual Income potential ranging from $65,000 to $125,000+ based on performance
  • Annual Longevity Bonus between $5K - $12K+
  • Minimum income guarantee for the first 3 months during training
  • Commission of $600 - $900 per vehicle sold
  • Preferred: 1 year or more of sales experience in the automotive sector, but not mandatory

Responsibilities of an Audi Sales Advisor:
  • Learn and comply with Rosenthal Automotive's Policies and Procedures.
  • Establish and nurture customer relationships, striving to ensure a lifetime of satisfaction.
  • Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing journey, including selection, test drives, customization, financing, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Present deal structures to customers and provide informed responses to their inquiries.
  • Utilize the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to ensure all customers receive follow-up and are fully satisfied with their purchasing experience.
  • Stay informed about manufacturer programs, special rates, rebates, and incentives that are constantly evolving.
  • Master product knowledge and present it confidently, reflecting pride in the offerings.
Qualifications for Audi Sales Advisor:
  • Preferred: 1+ years of sales experience in the automotive industry, though not required
  • Encouragement for individuals with hospitality experience (Restaurants, Hotels, Customer Service, etc.) to apply
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record, in accordance with company standards
  • An enthusiastic, motivated, and energetic individual with a personal drive to overcome challenges while delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with well-developed organizational abilities
  • Confidence in working under pressure and prioritizing tasks
  • Ambitious with a desire to learn and grow within our organization
