Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Analyst to join our Corporate Department. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and marketing opportunities for our select group of partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tactical and sophisticated administrative support to our Business Development team, including managing contacts and opportunities in Salesforce.
- Prepare research materials and prep documents for attorney pitches, events, client meetings, and other business development activities.
- Conduct in-depth research on market trends, current and prospective clients, and competitors.
- Draft introductions, reminders, confirmations, and other correspondence and emails.
- Participate in the successful production and execution of client events, speaking engagements, and sponsorships.
- Train and work with partners' EAs to help with Salesforce tracking.
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of experience in a law firm business development function supporting corporate practice groups.
- Strong customer service ethic and exemplary communication skills.
- Extremely detail-oriented with superior proofreading and fact-checking skills.
- Efficient, highly organized, and able to stay productive under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Salesforce and PitchBook a plus.
- Exceptional online search skills and aptitude for learning new software, systems, and procedures quickly.
- Able to work independently and in team environments with a self-motivated and positive attitude.
The primary location for this role is in San Francisco, and the anticipated pay range is $102,000 - $138,000 per year. The compensation package includes a discretionary year-end merit bonus based on performance and a highly competitive salary and benefits package.
