About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our product team at Saxon Global. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving the implementation of key data science and ML products initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be a go-getter who can wear multiple hats to drive implementation of key data science and ML products initiatives.
  • Have a broad knowledge and leverage the technical capabilities of the internal teams and external technology providers and vendors.
  • Collaborate with Product Line Leads, Product Managers, Project Managers/Scrum Masters, Architects, Engineers, Developers, Quality Assurance, and User Experience Designers on scope, solutions, constraints, and risks.
  • Analyze/document current and future business and data needs and help translate to the technical teams.
  • Guide and support other Business System Analysts as they develop the detailed requirements (stories).
  • Perform knowledge transfer to training and communication teams and support user deployment activities as needed.
  • Produce detailed wireframes and mockups using visualization tools for prototyping.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field; Master's degree in Business or Science is preferred.
  • Overall 7+ years of experience as Business Systems Analyst.
  • Strong hands-on and leadership experience in deploying a broad set of AI/ML technologies.
  • Experience and understanding of application development methodology - including Agile and Waterfall approaches, functional requirements, process modeling/re-engineering, use case development, user acceptance testing, organizational change management, and large-scale system implementations.
  • Understanding and experience in ML and data science concepts.
  • Demonstrated success in handling initiatives of high complexity, high profile, and large-scale programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn the business in unfamiliar areas.
  • Ability to work in an environment of competing and alternating priorities with a constant focus on delivery.
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and presentation skills; solid business acumen; well-honed influencing skills are essential.
  • Self-motivated and team-oriented; able to work both autonomously and effectively as part of a geographically dispersed team.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and other Agile tools preferred.
  • Proven leadership abilities and emotional intelligence.
