Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring adherence to all brand standards
- Overseeing training and management of service and support teams
- Leading operational staff during scheduled shifts
- Maintaining professional communication with all venue departments
- Directing all aspects of Front of House Operations
- Fostering strong collaboration with Back of House to guarantee seamless customer experiences
- Utilizing available data to assess and report on store performance
- Managing accountability for in-house checks and cash balancing in accordance with corporate policies
- Implementing inventory and cost control measures on a weekly basis
Qualifications:
- A minimum of three years of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Ability to adapt to a schedule that aligns with restaurant and bar operations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, complemented by mathematical proficiency
- Capability to stand and move quickly for extended periods, up to four hours
- Physical ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds, along with good balance and mobility
