About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Property Accounting Manager to join our fast-paced finance team at Jobot. This role offers an incredible opportunity to utilize your accounting skills in a vibrant and challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage all property accounting operations, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.
  • Review and approve all property-related invoices and ensure accurate and timely payment.
  • Coordinate with the property management team to ensure accurate and timely reporting of all property financial information.
  • Develop and implement effective internal controls and procedures related to property accounting.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure the accuracy of financial data and adherence to financial policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with external auditors during annual and interim audits.
  • Provide guidance and support to the property accounting team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. A CPA or other relevant certification is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in property accounting (Commercial preferred).
  • Proficiency in Yardi.
