Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Medical Director to lead our Wound Care Centers in the Fort Smith, AR area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership, operational management, and financial oversight to our Wound Care Centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Leadership: Serve as a physician leader responsible for the clinical, operational, and financial results of our Wound Care Centers.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our Wound Care Centers, including staff management, patient care, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage the financial performance of our Wound Care Centers, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with our Regional Medical Directors, Clinical Team Members, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Professional Development: Engage in ongoing professional development, including training, education, and certification programs, to stay up-to-date on the latest wound care practices and technologies.
Requirements
  • Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in a relevant medical specialty.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in wound care, with a strong background in clinical leadership and operational management.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
