Role Summary:

The Clinical Laboratory Specialist is responsible for conducting and interpreting complex analyses on patient samples. This role is crucial in providing vital information to medical personnel to assist in patient diagnosis. You will perform your responsibilities in alignment with our mission, values, and service standards.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet one of the following educational and certification criteria:

  • Medical Laboratory Technician: Associate's degree in a relevant field recognized by a certification agency for MLT, along with MLT ASCP or equivalent certification.
  • Medical Technologist I: An Associate degree with MLT certification and a minimum of three years of clinical experience, including any approved military training if applicable.
  • Medical Technologist II: A Bachelor's degree with required certifications such as MT or MLS (ASCP) or equivalent.
