We are seeking a dedicated Inpatient Medicine Specialist to join our team at SCP Health. This role involves providing comprehensive care in a dynamic hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities- Open ICU: Manage patients in an open Intensive Care Unit setting.
- Electronic Medical Records: Utilize Epic for patient documentation and management.
- Census Management: Oversee a patient census of 194.
- Work Schedule: Enjoy a 7 on / 7 off rotation, ensuring work-life balance.
- Day Shifts: Provide care from 7 AM to 7 PM.
- Swing Shifts: Cover from 12 PM to 12 AM.
- Night Shifts: Attend to patients from 7 PM to 7 AM.
- Board Certification: Candidates must be certified by ABIM or ABFM.
- NPPA Certification: Required certification includes ACNP or PA.
As a Medical Director, you will also be responsible for:
- Clinical Hours: Commit to 120 clinical hours per month.
- Administrative Duties: Engage in 80 administrative hours per month to oversee operations.
This position offers a unique opportunity to lead and innovate in hospital medicine while providing exceptional patient care.
