Apartment Maintenance Technicians play a crucial role in efficiently addressing service requests. Their responsibilities encompass a variety of tasks including appliance repairs, drywall installation, painting, electrical work, plumbing, and more.

The Liberty Group is actively seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians for various apartment communities in the greater area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare vacant units to meet market-ready standards through necessary repairs and enhancements.
  • Exhibit strong multitasking abilities and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Carry out all make-ready duties, which include but are not limited to: painting, vinyl tile installation, punch-out work, drywall repairs, and clearing out debris.
  • Possess experience in installing ceiling fans, wall outlets, and performing minor plumbing tasks.
  • Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of grounds, including shared spaces, while delivering exceptional customer service to residents.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 6 months of relevant onsite experience.
  • Valid identification is required.
  • Reliable transportation is essential.
  • Must own the necessary tools to perform basic maintenance tasks.

Hourly Salary: $23

This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals with backgrounds in hospitality, rehabilitation, condominium management, construction, or carpentry who are interested in transitioning into the multifamily housing sector.
