We are seeking a Residential Cleaning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining private residences and performing light commercial services for professional buildings.

• Cleaning and Sanitizing
  • Perform general cleaning and sanitizing tasks throughout the assigned property.
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, dining areas, shutters, baseboards, and floors.
  • Wipe and dust surfaces in rooms.
  • Clean mirrors, showers, tubs, enclosures, and glass doors.
  • Vacuum and clean floors, rugs, furniture, and drapes.
  • Remove and replace linens, bedspreads, and blankets.
• Stock and Maintenance
  • Maintain cleaning supplies.
  • Maintain equipment and safe operation of equipment and cleaning supplies.
  • Daily cleaning of used cleaning materials and inventory management.
• Other

  • Attention to detail, communicates effectively with front office, can follow directions, and be an ambassador for the company in the field.

• At least 18 years or older.
• Legal to work in the US.
• Must be able to pass a felony background check.
• Non-Smoking Company (No Exceptions).
• Detail-oriented, confidential, and professional.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds at times.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and reach, bend, lift, and pull.
