Job Title: Data Privacy Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Privacy Program Manager to join our team at US Tech Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in improving our privacy posture and ensuring the secure handling of sensitive data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and legal teams to identify and mitigate privacy risks associated with data migration and proactive risk management.
  • Conduct comprehensive privacy assessments of corporate systems, applications, and data processes, documenting findings and providing actionable recommendations for remediation.
  • Develop and implement a service to provide privacy consultation and support to internal teams, ensuring timely resolution of identified privacy issues.
  • Optimize team processes and knowledge management practices to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness, maintaining up-to-date documentation and internal resources.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager in Privacy, with a strong background in audit or assessment experience.
  • Relevant certifications such as CIPT or CIPM, as well as risk management certifications like RIMS-CRMP.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, planning, and communications skills, with a focus on risk management expertise.
