Data Engineering Program Manager

As a Data Engineering Program Manager at Apple, you will be responsible for leading the data engineering track and creating and enhancing data pipelines that support the Analytics Engineering space for Wallet, Payments, and Commerce Line of Business.
Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple concurrent projects, including scope, requirements, timelines, roadmaps, project plans, resource allocation, stakeholder management, communications, engineering sprint coordination, and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Analytics, Production Support, QA, Information Security, Privacy, and other organizations to build and manage products to support Apple Services Engineering data pipelines.
- Develop and implement data engineering strategies to drive informed decision-making and innovative solutions.
- Ensure data pipelines operate efficiently and meet the evolving needs of Apple's global customer base.
- 6+ years of project management experience, with a focus on large-scale data engineering environments.
- Program management experience in big data engineering, with a conceptual understanding of big data engineering.
- Data and analytics project management experience, with leadership and gravitas to drive conversations with analytics stakeholders.
- Data analytics experience with business acumen and data comprehension, preferred.
- Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science, or Engineering majors, preferred.
