Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and maintaining accurate data records
  • Ensuring data integrity and providing exceptional support
  • Preparing invoices and facilitating the collection process
  • Conducting regular hard counts of product labels and reconciling Purchase Orders
  • Providing administrative support, including answering phones, filing, and handling correspondence

Requirements:

  • Proficiency with data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access)
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of related experience

Salary and Benefits:
