Business Development Representative

The Busick Agency, a leading agency of Symmetry Financial Group, is seeking highly motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team as remote sales representatives.
This is a commission-based sales position, offering a competitive average commission of around $550 per sale. Sales representatives can expect to sell anywhere from 2 to 10 sales per week, depending on their part-time or full-time status. With a 5% raise in commission level attainable every two months based on production, there are opportunities for growth and advancement.
As a sales representative, you will have the opportunity to build your own team and obtain contractual ownership of your own agency, creating passive income and a legacy for your family.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one mentorship to agents
- Meet virtually with families to protect them through various life and health products
- Offer a healthy, flexible work-life balance with the potential for high-level income
- Hire based on character, not background or experience
- Provide a community that promotes personal growth and development
- Protect families through the best available product line in the financial marketplace
What We Don't Do:
- 60+ hour weeks
- Cold Calling
- Prospecting
- Harass family and friends
Requirements:
- Ability to obtain life/health insurance license in your respective state (license not required for hire)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills
- Organized
- Self-motivated
- Proactive in problem-solving
