Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive company revenue, building relationships with prospective customers, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive company revenue
  • Prospect new business and meet established sales goals
  • Track results and trends for business forecasting
  • Share best practices with the sales team to overcome challenges
  • Establish relationships with prospective customers using various prospecting techniques
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints
  • Prepare and present sales proposals to current and prospective customers
  • Set appointments with new and existing customers to identify additional needs
  • Become an expert on products and solutions and stay knowledgeable of industry changes
  • Prepare internal reports on sales activities and customer interactions
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience
  • Demonstrated history of obtaining new business and retaining a customer base
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Competitive drive, self-motivation, and time management skills
  • Established experience in lubricant and/or fuel sales is preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Valid Driver's License and ability to meet our MVR Requirements
  • Reliable transportation to visit customer locations and travel to the office

Compensation

The Total Compensation plan for this position includes a base salary, commission, and discretionary bonus. The earning potential for this role is between $50k and $150k.
