We are seeking a highly dedicated Business Development Trainee to join our innovative team at M. Coast, a leading Business Development Firm specializing in account management and sales for the telecommunications industry.

As a Business Development Trainee, you will have the opportunity to work directly with customers to create tailored products and service packages that meet their unique needs. You will also be responsible for initiating and maintaining relationships with customer accounts, utilizing your skills to overturn objections and upsell/cross-sell products to drive sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with customers to develop customized solutions that meet their individual needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
  • Utilize effective communication and interpersonal skills to overcome objections and drive sales revenue
  • Stay up-to-date on all client products and services to stay ahead of the competition
  • Participate in regular meetings with Business Development Trainees to ensure timely delivery of goals and objectives
  • Provide weekly and monthly sales data to the Senior Business Development Manager to ensure KPIs are met
Requirements:
  • BA or BS in Communications, Management, Sales, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management
  • Approachable, empathetic, and positive demeanor with impeccable communication and interpersonal skills
  • Winning attitude and ability to work collaboratively with other Business Development Trainees
  • Curiosity and solution-oriented mindset with impeccable time management skills
