As a Supervisory IT Specialist (Systems Administrator), you will:

  6. Implement minor disciplinary actions and recommend further measures for more significant infractions.
  7. Identify training needs and facilitate professional development opportunities for staff.
  8. Continuously seek methods to enhance productivity and improve the quality of work produced.
  9. Establish performance standards to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements
Conditions of Employment:
This position is classified under the Excepted Federal Civil Service and is open to specific categories of applicants, including current technicians and military members of the Air National Guard.

Military Grades:
Enlisted; E7 through E8.

Specialized Experience:
To qualify at the GS-12 level, candidates must possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level, demonstrating knowledge and skills in managing IT functions and leading teams.

Education:
Applicants must meet specific educational requirements as outlined in the job specifications.
