Join the Air National Guard Units as a Supv IT Specialist (Sysadmin) and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and technical skills.
Responsibilities:- Plan and coordinate the work of subordinates to achieve organizational goals.
- Assign tasks and projects to team members based on priorities and capabilities.
- Evaluate the performance of subordinates and provide feedback for improvement.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective IT operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address IT-related issues.
- Must have at least one year of specialized experience at the GS-11 level or equivalent.
- Experience in planning, coordinating, and evaluating the work of subordinates.
- Knowledge of computer systems, networks, and security protocols.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff.
