  • Operate lamination guns to apply gel coat to production molds, ensuring consistent quality and meeting customer requirements.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Monitor and adjust resin/hardener settings as needed to achieve optimal results.
  • Coordinate with the lamination manager to prioritize tasks and manage production schedules.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of experience in boat/car paint spraying or gelcoat spraying.
  • Manufacturing experience preferred.
Physical Demands
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
Work Environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
