Key Responsibilities
  • Promote Risk Management Solutions: Cultivate robust business partnerships and relationships with centers of influence (COIs) and trusted advisors to financially successful families.
  • Attract New Clients: Identify and attract new clients that meet the minimum client profile standards.
  • Design Risk Management Programs: Design and implement comprehensive risk management insurance programs to protect the personal assets, exposures, and lifestyles of high net worth individuals, families, and family offices.
  • Conduct Risk Analysis Reviews: Conduct thorough risk analysis reviews to identify personal, professional, and business exposures and address them with a suite of proprietary solutions and collective knowledge of the USI dedicated Personal Risk team.
  • Develop Strategic Sales Plans: Prepare and execute strategic sales plans for identifying and qualifying prospective clients, building a network of Centers of Influence, and being a thought leader within the wealth management industry.
  • Deliver Revenue Growth: Deliver targeted profitable revenue growth through new revenue generation and client retention strategies in partnership with a client service team.
  • Provide Exceptional Client Experiences: Deliver exceptional client experiences utilizing a customized consultative selling approach, positioning the value and focus of the client service team and their ongoing stewardship of the programs.
  • Create and Deliver Presentations: Create and deliver professional presentations and proposals to internal and external clients and prospects illustrating the USI value proposition, industry trends, and customized insurance solutions.
  • Position Value-Added Services: Position value-added services and partnerships to key stakeholders and trusted advisors for mutual client and prospect benefit.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Maintain expertise at the highest levels and gain and develop knowledge of industry trends as well as advise and influence development of innovative, bespoke solutions in response to client needs.
  • Engage with Subject Matter Experts: Engage, introduce, and position value-added third-party subject matter experts in response to client needs.
Requirements
  • High Net Worth Sales Experience: 5+ years of high net worth sales experience.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Presentation Skills: Excellent presentation skills.
  • Conflict Resolution: Solid conflict resolution capabilities.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Microsoft Office program proficiency.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment where strong independent thinking skills are important.
  • Delegation: Ability to delegate effectively.
  • Established Network: Established network of COIs and a proven track record of sales success.
  • P&C License: Must possess a current P&C License.
