About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Loss Control Advisor to join our team at AssuredPartners. As a key member of our risk management team, you will be responsible for providing expert risk control services to our clients, identifying and mitigating potential risks, and developing strategies to improve their overall risk management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and inspections to identify potential hazards and develop recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement effective risk management strategies, including safety programs and training.
  • Work closely with our producers and account executives to develop new business opportunities and retain existing clients.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on risk management best practices and industry trends.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of risk management services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging risks to ensure our clients receive the most effective risk management solutions.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in risk management, loss control, or a related field.
  • Commercial property and auto experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, with occasional overnight stays.
