About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our Mental Health Department at The Vancouver Clinic. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing evidence-based psychosocial treatment and brief behavioral interventions to patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients with mental health disorders and substance abuse issues
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals
  • Engage patients in a therapeutic relationship and promote positive outcomes
  • Collaborate with internal psychiatrists to provide comprehensive care
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and treatment plans
Requirements
  • Current unrestricted license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State or ability to obtain licensure
  • Minimum of two years of experience in treating common mental health disorders and substance abuse disorders
  • Ability to engage patients in a therapeutic relationship and promote positive outcomes
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing patient needs
