Customer Success Representative

At SIMCO Electronics, we're seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for retaining and growing existing accounts, driving revenue growth, and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to retain and grow existing accounts
- Manage client relationships and ensure timely renewal of contract agreements
- Apply price increases and negotiate with clients to ensure mutual benefit
- Collaborate with lab operations and customer service teams to enhance customer satisfaction
- Utilize CRM solutions like Salesforce to navigate internal systems and software applications
- Report account activity and demonstrate accountability in achieving performance results
- Travel to meet with clients and conduct in-person meetings
