AdvisaCare Healthcare Solutions, Inc. is in search of a dedicated and proficient Certified Behavior Analyst Assistant (BCaBA) to enhance our team. As a BCaBA, you will be instrumental in broadening our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) initiatives aimed at supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other neurological or behavioral challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting initial evaluations and functional behavior assessments to create personalized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Overseeing and mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other personnel.
  • Collaborating with families, caregivers, and other service providers to ensure a holistic and coordinated treatment approach.
  • Tracking client progress and modifying treatment plans as necessary.
  • Offering continuous support and guidance to families and caregivers.
  • Keeping abreast of the latest research and best practices in ABA.

Compensation Structure:

Clinicians working 42 hours per week or less are eligible for overtime, calculated based on an average of your pay rate for the week. For those exceeding 42 hours, only overtime will be compensated.

Individual pay rates will be adjusted as follows:

  • 55-60% Productivity = $1.50 increase per hour
  • 60-65% Productivity = $3.00 increase per hour
  • 65% or More Productivity = $4.00 increase per hour

These increases apply to all hours worked, not just billable time.


Qualifications:
  • Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification with the BACB.
  • Experience with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental disabilities.
  • Strong understanding of behavior analysis principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
