Compensation Range: $75,000 - $82,500

Responsibilities of the Certified Behavior Analyst Specialist:

  • Oversee client treatment from assessment to implementation.
  • Conduct initial and ongoing functional, behavioral, and developmental evaluations.
  • Design, supervise, and execute clients' Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and Treatment Plans.
  • Act as the clinical lead for client cases, providing guidance to Behavior Technicians.
  • Monitor and assess client programs, analyzing data to measure progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Observe program execution and provide training on interventions as required.
  • Engage with clients and their families, offering training and support.
  • Meet with primary caregivers to discuss observations and address concerns.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and educational institutions to share insights and implement effective intervention strategies.
  • Promote awareness and disseminate information regarding Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) through training and presentations.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss ideas, success stories, and recent research relevant to treatment.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related discipline.
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Knowledge of best practices in autism treatment.
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, and their families.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role.
  • Enjoyment of interdisciplinary teamwork to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Flexibility to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Administrative support experience (billing, credentialing, treatment planning).
