We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Clinical Manager - Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead our team at Behavior Treatment & Analysis. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our region, ensuring the delivery of high-quality behavioral healthcare services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical support and guidance to our team of Behavior Specialists, ensuring the implementation of evidence-based treatment plans and protocols.
- Conduct behavioral assessments, functional assessments, and functional analyses to inform treatment planning and ensure the development of effective behavior support and intervention plans.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, families, and other stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
- Collaborate with our Quality Assurance team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Participate in the hiring process, conducting interviews and providing input on the selection of behavior technicians and program supervisors.
- Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients, families, and other stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
- Attend regular team meetings, providing updates on clinical operations and participating in strategic planning.
- Master's Degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
- BCBA Certification required.
- Experience working in behavioral healthcare or related industry.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
- Competitive Salary pay ($88,000 - $92,000) with bonus up to 100K+.
