About the Role

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Golden Steps ABA. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing evidence-based behavioral programs for our pediatric patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive behavioral programs based on client needs and progress.
  • Provide ongoing training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) staff.
  • Collaborate with treatment team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Conduct regular data reviews and communicate findings to team members.
  • Maintain professional boundaries and adhere to BACB standards.
  • Perform comprehensive initial intake assessments and recurring evaluations.
  • Develop and implement discharge and transition plans for clients.
Requirements
  • Current BCBA certification or eligibility to sit for the exam within one month.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavior challenges using ABA principles.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
