Key Responsibilities
Lab Operations Management:
- Oversee and coordinate all lab activities, ensuring compliance with institutional and regulatory guidelines.
- Support the Principal Investigator (PI) by providing updates on project progress, staff performance, and operational improvements.
- Encourage teamwork and facilitate the sharing of information among lab members.
Staff Supervision:
- Lead and mentor lab personnel, conducting performance evaluations and providing coaching as needed.
- Maintain regular communication with the PI regarding staff development and project milestones.
- Participate in the recruitment, hiring, and training of new team members.
Coordination of Staff Activities:
- Direct the efforts of both professional and technical staff, managing workflow and schedules effectively.
- Implement process improvements and troubleshoot operational challenges.
- Promote collaboration and information exchange within the team.
Data Collection Oversight:
- Supervise the execution of research protocols, focusing on participant recruitment and data collection.
- Assist research coordinators in the recruitment and screening of subjects, ensuring accurate demographic data is collected.
- Conduct cognitive assessments and interviews with participants as part of the research process.
Budget Management:

Qualifications
