Job SummaryWe're seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team of healthcare professionals. As an LVN with MGA Homecare, you'll have the opportunity to work with diverse patient populations, providing holistic care and education to patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Treat patients of all ages, from infants to adolescents, according to their individualized care plans.
- Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Document all patient interactions, assessments, and care provided.
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies.
- Active LVN license in good standing.
- At least six months of recent experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting.
- Home health experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
