At MGA Homecare, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Homecare Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team. As an LVN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies to patients in their homes.
  • Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care.
  • Educate patients and their families on disease management, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Requirements:
  • Active Nursing License in good standing.
  • At least six months of recent experience as a Nurse in a clinical care setting.
  • Home health experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
