About the Job:

Responsibilities:
  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Provide skilled nursing care and services in accordance with prescribed doctors' orders.
  • Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
Qualifications:
  • Currently licensed as an LVN/LPN in the state in which you will practice.
  • Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
  • 1 year of tracheostomy experience preferred (changing, cleaning, suctioning).
  • 1 year of ventilator experience preferred.
  • 1 year of g-tube experience preferred.
