Customer Success Coordinator

Job Summary
CHESS Health is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Success Coordinator to support new and current customers in the use of our solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure referrals are being attended to and educate customers on the importance of processing referrals in a timely manner
- Assist with building and setting up staff and entities, and create Quick Enrollment Links
- Attend customer implementation meetings, produce quality recaps, and attend to action items resulting from meetings
- Support project management milestones, tasks, and subtasks for eIntervention and eRecovery projects
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a matrix environment
- Ability to quickly develop a deep understanding and full knowledge of new solutions and technologies
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications, including previous academic and/or professional experience
