Key Responsibilities:

  • Invoice Processing: Efficiently create, issue, and follow up on invoices with precision.
  • Payment Collections: Actively reach out to clients to secure timely payments and address any billing concerns with professionalism.
  • Account Reconciliation: Ensure accurate reconciliation of customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports, offering valuable insights to management.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional communication and service.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: 3-5 years in accounts receivable, ideally within a high-volume environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
  • Attention to Detail: Outstanding accuracy and attention to detail in all responsibilities.
  • Analytical Thinker: Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to independently troubleshoot issues.
  • Effective Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team-Oriented: A positive demeanor and readiness to support and collaborate with colleagues.

Educational Background:

  • Minimum Requirement: High school diploma.
  • Preferred Qualification: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

Compensation: $24.00 to $27.00 per hour
