Key Responsibilities:
- Invoice Processing: Efficiently create, issue, and follow up on invoices with precision.
- Payment Collections: Actively reach out to clients to secure timely payments and address any billing concerns with professionalism.
- Account Reconciliation: Ensure accurate reconciliation of customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports, offering valuable insights to management.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional communication and service.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 3-5 years in accounts receivable, ideally within a high-volume environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
- Attention to Detail: Outstanding accuracy and attention to detail in all responsibilities.
- Analytical Thinker: Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to independently troubleshoot issues.
- Effective Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team-Oriented: A positive demeanor and readiness to support and collaborate with colleagues.
Educational Background:
- Minimum Requirement: High school diploma.
- Preferred Qualification: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Compensation: $24.00 to $27.00 per hour
Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
