Role Overview

This is a fully remote opportunity for a self-motivated and driven sales professional passionate about helping small construction business owners thrive. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing leads to generate sales opportunities for our Systematize Your Construction Business programs.

You'll work with inbound leads while proactively generating your own opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach. You will collaborate with our team to create measurable impact and help us deliver our mission.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify, qualify, and engage prospective clients in the construction industry.
  2. Sales Outreach & Communication: Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions.
  3. Pipeline Management: Maintain and update CRM daily with accurate information about leads, calls, and appointments.
Requirements
  • Sales Expertise:
    • Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction or related industries.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills & Attributes:
    • Strong communication skills with an "others-first" mindset.
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a robust sales pipeline.
    • Self-starter comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
