About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Clark Construction Group. This role will be responsible for ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To work closely with the project team to understand the contract specifications and ensure that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with these specifications.
  • To coordinate with the QC Manager and field staff to ensure the quality and timeliness of project construction and completion.
  • To prepare, implement, and manage the Quality Control Plan, ensuring that all necessary procedures are in place to guarantee the quality of the final product.
  • To assist in the review and approval of submittals, ensuring that all materials and equipment meet the required standards.
  • To establish testing procedures in accordance with contract specifications, ensuring that all testing is conducted in a thorough and accurate manner.
  • To maintain a deficiency log, tracking any issues or defects that arise during the construction process.
  • To update documents related to quality control functions, ensuring that all records are accurate and up-to-date.

Requirements:

  • An undergraduate degree in a construction or related discipline.
  • Quality control and/or testing experience, preferably in the construction industry.
  • The ability to process a large volume of submittals efficiently and effectively.
  • Alignment to Clark Standards of Excellence, demonstrating self-motivation, results orientation, adaptability, teamwork, accountability, ethics, innovation, resilience, relationship-building, people development, and leadership.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
