About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our SMB Sales team at T-Mobile. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • 1+ years of sales experience in a commissioned environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
