Safety and Risk Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety Manager to join our team at Didion Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all employees, as well as maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Safety Program Development and Implementation
- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive safety program that meets or exceeds industry standards.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Training and Education
- Design and deliver training programs to educate employees on safety procedures and protocols.
- Provide ongoing training and coaching to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs safely.
- Accident Investigation and Reporting
- Conduct thorough investigations of all accidents and incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports to management and regulatory agencies.
- Compliance and Regulatory Affairs
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards, including OSHA, NFPA, and ANSI.
- Stay up-to-date on changes to regulations and standards, and implement necessary changes to our safety program.
- Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Safety Engineering, or Industrial Safety Management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a safety-related role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
